Built on architecture proven over four decades — not a workshop format invented last year

A Soulful Transition is deliberately modelled on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), the most researched behaviour-change curriculum in the world. MBSR never promised to remove stress; it transformed people's relationship to it. This program does the same for career transition — transforming each participant's relationship to uncertainty, identity, and change itself.

The language is fully secular and corporate-appropriate. The depth comes from the design, not the vocabulary.

  • 1:1 orientation intake before Week 1 — sets intention and screens for fit (developmental, not clinical; referrals where appropriate)
  • A daily practice spine — 10–20 minutes of guided practice between sessions, where the real change happens
  • Weekly 90–120 min cohort sessions — consistent arc: practice, inquiry, teaching, signature exercise, integration
